  • Patent number: 12006310
Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of natural medicines, and in particular to a triterpenoid compound with an effect of improving glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, and preparation and application thereof. A novel triterpenoid compound was obtained by separation from Momordica charantia L. for the first time in the present invention. Studies on a mouse primary hepatocyte model and a 3T3-L1 preadipocyte model show that the novel triterpenoid compound in the present invention has activity of regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, and after combination with known triterpenoid compound Momordicoside G, the activity of regulating glucose and lipid metabolism is significantly higher than that of a single compound at the same dose, indicating that the novel triterpenoid compound and a complex thereof in the present invention can be used to improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorders and provide a new way for diabetes treatment.

  • Publication number: 20240008504
Abstract: The present invention discloses powdered oil based on an olesome emusion and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: preparation of olesome emulsion of an oil stock, addition of a wall material and spray drying. The preparation method for the powdered oil provided by the present invention is based on an olesome emulsion system; and compared with the traditional preparation process for the powdered oil, the preparation method has many advantages that the prepared olesome emulsion does not contain hydrogenated vegetable oil and an exogenous emulsifier, is high in content of active oil accompaniments, and has an embedding rate close to 100 percent, a low production cost, strong storage stability and a certain natural oil stock flavor.

  • Publication number: 20220240554
Abstract: A method for stabilizing rice bran with complex enzyme involving enzymatic hydrolysis combined with thermal processing to stabilize rice bran, includes compounding at least one of glycosyl hydrolases such as cellulase, hemicellulase and alpha amylase into a complex enzyme solution, and performing enzymatic hydrolysis on the rice bran with the complex enzyme solution, and after enzymatic hydrolysis, performing thermal processing and inactivating enzyme treatment on rice bran using the moist-heat method, microwave method and/or extrusion expansion method, to prepare the stabilized rice bran. From the perspective of reducing bound lipase from rice bran, the glycosyl hydrolase is used to catalyze conversion of bound lipase in rice bran into free lipase, thereby effectively improving inactivation efficiency of rice bran lipase. The rice bran prepared using the method has characteristics of low residual activity of lipase and long shelf life, and may be directly applied to industries such as food and cosmetics.
