    Abstract: Disclosed are a gimbal and a control method and apparatus for a photographing apparatus. The photographing apparatus is mounted on a gimbal. When a communication link between the photographing apparatus and the gimbal is in an active state, the photographing apparatus is controlled by the gimbal. The method includes: detecting a first indication signal; and switching the communication link between the gimbal and the photographing apparatus from an active state to an inactive state, so that the photographing apparatus can be controlled autonomously. When the first indication signal is detected, the communication link between the gimbal and the photographing apparatus is switched from the active state to the inactive state, so that the photographing apparatus can restore to an autonomous control mode without physical plugging or unplugging or manual disabling of a wireless connection function in settings, helping a user to operate various functions.

According to the present disclosure, when the unmanned aerial vehicle is in the first mode, if the gimbal is in the specific working condition, which may cause the unmanned aerial vehicle to generate a spinning phenomenon, the unmanned aerial vehicle enters the exception handling procedure. Therefore, the spinning problem of the unmanned aerial vehicle is avoided, and a risk of crashing of the unmanned aerial vehicle is also avoided.

    Abstract: An anti-cracking panda-type polarization-maintaining optical fiber includes a cladding layer, stress layers, and a fiber core. The fiber core is located in the center of the cladding layer. The stress layers are located symmetrically at two sides of the fiber core with a distance away from the fiber core and are located within the cladding layer. Each stress layer is enclosed at edges of their outer sides by a transition layer with a gradient refractive index. By providing the transition layer with the gradient refractive index at the edge of the outer side of the stress layer, the pressure stress at the edge of the stress layer is decomposed and released, so as to avoid cracks at the edge of the polished stress layer on the end of the optical fiber, and thus optimizes the performance of the polarization-maintaining optical fiber by decreasing the room temperature polishing cracking rate.

Because a bearer type of a VOIP service is a GBR bearer, a bearer of the VOIP service is not released. When the terminal accesses a network again, the CN device may directly use the GBR bearer to restore the voice service, so as to avoid voice service interruption caused by releasing the bearer of the VOIP service in a redirection process, reduce a call drop rate, and improve user experience.
