  • Patent number: 10815725
Abstract: A unidirectional wire take-up mechanism includes a fixing seat, a reel, a spindle, a unidirectional bearing, a bearing sleeve, a damping bounce member, and a positioning shaft. When the curtain is pulled down, the unidirectional bearing is locked, and the reel links the spindle through the bearing sleeve to rotate counterclockwise. When the spindle is rotated, the spindle and the damping bounce member generate a frictional force to form a damping effect, thereby providing a reaction force when the wire is released and offsetting part of the gravity of the curtain and effectively slowing down the speed and impact force when the curtain falls. When the curtain is rolled up, the reel links the bearing sleeve to rotate clockwise relative to the spindle, and the spindle and the damping bounce member have no relative movement, and the rotation has no resistance.

  • Publication number: 20200157879
Abstract: A venetian blind retracting mechanism used for blinds includes a spring box element and guiding elements installed on both sides of the spring box respectively. The spring box element includes a casing, a winding wheel set pivoted to the casing, spring seats disposed on both sides of the winding wheel set respectively, and a worm spring wound around the spring seat. The winding wheel set includes two winding wheels engaged with each other through a gear and coaxially coupled to a winding shaft, and an end of the worm spring is engaged with the winding wheel. This invention overcomes the issue of the conventional venetian blind retracting mechanism requiring a complicated transmission structure to wind or rewind two drawstrings simultaneously. The simple transmission structure formed by the spring box element and the guiding element reduces the number of components to avoid asynchronous operations caused by too many components.
