Abstract: A method for realizing cartilage regeneration involves inoculating a gel cartilage into a frame structure. Specifically, cartilage cells are prepared into a gel cartilage by means of amplification and dense inoculation; and the gel cartilage is inoculated into a decalcified bone matrix to prepare a gel cartilage—decalcified bone complex, so that cartilage regeneration is realized, and the gel cartilage—decalcified bone complex is used in various filling treatments and bone repair.

Abstract: An ear cartilage tissue engineering complex and a preparation method therefor are provided. The complex includes an ear cartilage gel or ear cartilage patch particles containing ear cartilage cells, and a porous frame structure. The ear cartilage gel or ear cartilage patch particles are inoculated onto the porous frame structure to form an ear cartilage gel/ear cartilage patch particle-frame structure complex. The ear cartilage tissue engineering complex is used for the repair and reconstruction of articular cartilage.

Abstract: A cartilage tissue engineering complex, e.g., a graft, has a cartilage gel or perichondral particles containing chondrocytes as well as a porous frame structure. The cartilage gel or perichondral particles is/are loaded on the porous frame structure to form a cartilage gel/perichondral particle-frame structure complex. The method for preparing the cartilage tissue engineering graft and a use of said graft in repair and reconstruction of articular cartilage are also provided.
