The rotating portion includes a top wall and two abutting walls extending from opposite ends of the top wall to abut a top of the main body. One of the abutting walls is rotatably connected to the first end of the engaging portion. A stop wall extends from the other abutting wall to be detachably connected a second end of the engaging portion.
