  • Publication number: 20240086690
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a spike event decision-making device, method, chip, and electronic device to eliminate inherent delays of an output spike event of the neuromorphic chip when reading decisions. The spike event decision-making device includes a first counting module configured to count a number of input spike events of the spiking neural network, a second counting module configured to count some or all of the output spike events of the spiking neural network; and a decision-making module configured to generate a decision-making result according to numbers of spike events fired by neurons in an output layer of the spiking neural network when the number counted by the first counting module reaches a first predetermined value, or when the total count counted by the second counting module reaches a second predetermined value.

  • Publication number: 20200410145
Abstract: A method for calculating a voltage stability margin of a power system considering electric-gas system coupling is provided. The method includes: establishing constraint equations for stable and secure operation of an electric-gas coupling system; establishing a continuous energy flow model of the electric-gas coupling system using a load margin index ? based on a correlation between an electric load of the power system and a natural gas load of the natural gas system; setting inequality constraints for the stable and secure operation of the electric-gas coupling system based on the limits of pressure and gas supply amount of the natural gas system; and solving the energy flow equation established based on the constraints and the continuous energy flow model to obtain the voltage stability margin of the power system considering electric-gas system coupling.

  • Patent number: 8757716
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a piezoelectric motion sensing apparatus and a bouncer control device configured to control the oscillation of a children's bouncer based on feedback from the piezoelectric motion sensing apparatus. In various embodiments, the piezoelectric motion sensing apparatus is configured to sense the motion of a body to which it is attached, such as a children's bouncer, and provide a feedback signal indicative of the motion. In addition, various embodiments of the present invention are directed to an infant support control device configured to impart soothing sensation to a child positioned in the infant support. In particular, the infant support control device is configured to impart gentle, repetitive pulses to an infant support that mimic the heartbeat of a parent or caregiver.
