  • Patent number: 12249514
Abstract: Fabricating a semiconductor substrate by (a) vertical etching a feature having sidewalls and a depth into one or more layers formed on the semiconductor substrate and (b) depositing an amorphous carbon liner onto the sidewalls of the feature. Steps (a) and optionally (b) are iterated until the vertical etch feature has reached a desired depth. With each iteration of (a), the feature is vertical etched deeper into the one or more layers, while the amorphous carbon liner resists lateral etching of the sidewalls of the feature. With each optional iteration of (b), the deposited amorphous carbon liner on the sidewalls of the feature is replenished.

Abstract: A multidimensional knowledge transfer model for predicting CTR of a computational ad, the multidimensional knowledge transfer model comprises: a pre-processor for building an ad group node graph based on similarities among ad group nodes, an ad campaign node graph from merging the ad group node graph, and an ad account node graph from merging the ad campaign node graph. The multidimensional knowledge transfer model further comprises a multi-knowledge CTR prediction model for each of the ad account, ad campaign, and ad group layers. The multi-knowledge CTR prediction model predicts the respective node's CTR from the ad account node graph, ad campaign node graph, or ad group node graph, features of the audience group, and features of the node having its CTR predicted appended with the hidden vector of its parent node extracted from the upper layer multi-knowledge CTR prediction model.

  • Patent number: 12234758
Abstract: This disclosure describes an exhaust assembly that includes an exhaust tube and a coolant passage. The exhaust tube is oriented about an axis and an exhaust gas is configured to flow through the exhaust tube in a direction away from an end of the exhaust tube. The coolant passage is oriented about the axis radially outward of the exhaust tube, the coolant passage having an inner shell and an outer shell. The exhaust assembly further includes an expansion reservoir positioned vertically (relative to a gravitational reference) above the coolant passage. The expansion reservoir and coolant passage are fluidly coupled by a conduit having a first diameter. The expansion reservoir is coupled with a coolant reservoir by a second conduit having a diameter less than the first diameter. Vapor after a hot shutdown travels up the first conduit and is replaced by coolant flowing down the first conduit.

  • Publication number: 20240311233
Abstract: A hardware fault detection method includes, after performing error correction on data at a target location in an internal memory and writing corrected data into the target location, the internal memory controller reads first data from the target location. When determining that an error exists in the first data, the internal memory controller reports an error message, where the error message indicates that a hardware fault occurs at the target location. After finding that an error occurs in the data at the target location, the internal memory controller performs the error correction, write-back, and re-reading on the data, to further determine a type of the error occurring at the target location.
