    Abstract: The present application discloses an electronic device including a housing, support plates and a display panel. The housing is recessed inward to form one or more clearances penetrating the housing along a first direction. A number of the support plates is at least two, and one clearance is correspondingly arranged below adjoining parts of two adjacent support plates. The support plates are configured to support the display panel. The display panel is switchable between a folded position and an unfolded position. When the display panel is in the unfolded position, first surfaces of the support plates that abut against the display panel are flush.

At least one chamber is defined in the thickened side of the frame and at least one opening is defined in the thickened side of the frame and longitudinally communicating with the at least one chamber.     Abstract: A new and improved lift mechanism which is suitably adapted for raising and lowering a pedestal/heater assembly inside a processing chamber for semiconductor wafer substrates. The pedestal/heater assembly lift mechanism includes a drive motor which is directly coupled through a shaft coupling to a threaded lead screw for rotating the lead screw in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The lead screw threadibly engages the pedestal/heater assembly for selectively raising and lowering the pedestal/heater assembly inside the processing chamber.
