Abstract: A two-dimensional dot matrix barcode encoding method comprises: forming a plurality of coordinate calibration blocks, a plurality of data storage blocks, a first indication block and a second indication block respectively by filling code points into the virtual code point storage blocks, wherein the first indication block and the plurality of coordinate calibration blocks are filled with a code point located in the center of the virtual code point storage blocks; and forming, by means of a combination of the first indication block and the second indication block, a direction and coordinate indication set indicative of a direction and a coordinate, wherein the second indication block is not filled with a code point or is filled, in the center thereof, with an ink code point capable of reflecting a light having a specific wavelength, and the plurality of coordinate calibration blocks are separated from each other.

Abstract: A network platform system for implementing publishing and using services for an MPR by managing a unique code of a cross-media relating relationship of the MPR, includes a publishing business management platform, a reader service platform, a publishing business database and a reader platform database. The publishing business management platform is used for issuing a unique code of a cross-carrier relating relationship of an MPR to a publisher; and is further used for synchronizing/issuing data in the publishing business database to the reader platform database; the reader service platform is used for obtaining multimedia information from the reader platform database according to a request submitted by a reader, and providing the multimedia information to the reader. By implementing the system/method, automatization and unification for publishing and using services of an MPR may be implemented, and a digital publishing service platform with copyright protection is provided for a publisher.
