    Abstract: A lattice-based proxy signature method, apparatus and device, a lattice-based proxy signature verification method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. Polynomials are randomly selected in rings to calculate public and private keys of nodes, and the magnitudes of proxy public and private keys are the same as the magnitudes of public and private keys of an original signer. Therefore, compared with existing proxy signature schemes, the present application has smaller lengths of public and private keys and higher storage efficiency. Proxy signature information generated in the present application shows a signature of the original signer and also shows a signature of a proxy signer. Once a proxy signature is created, the proxy signature cannot be repudiated by the proxy signer, and has strong non-repudiation and strong unforgeability. The proxy signature method has the advantage of resisting quantum computer attack.

    Abstract: In some embodiments, a system includes a first component to extract temporal features from a current frame being coded and a previous frame of a video. A second component uses a first transformer to fuse spatial features from the current frame with the temporal features to generate spatio-temporal features as first output. A third component uses a second transformer to perform entropy coding using the first output and at least a portion of the temporal features to generate a second output. A fourth component uses a third transformer to reconstruct the current frame based on the first output that is processed using the second output and the temporal features.

    Abstract: Techniques of providing references to students of massive open online courses (MOOCs) involve automatically providing references based on semantic content of queries generated within a MOOC. Along these lines, a computer browser in which a user interacts with a MOOC may generate queries for additional reference material to supplement its content. For example, the browser may generate a query based on the results of an exam taken by a student in order to provide additional help in areas where the student did not do well. When the query is received by a reference generating server, the reference generating server computes similarity scores indicating a measure if similarity between keyword elements of the query and keyword elements of reference documents. The reference generating server then sends references to the student based on the similarity scores.
