    Abstract: The present invention discloses a pesticide composition for controlling wheat crown rot, comprising prothioconazole and imazalil, and the mass ratio of the prothioconazole to the imazalil is (10-20):1, 1:1 or 1:(10-20). Compared with a single pesticide, the composition of the present invention has an obvious synergistic effect on wheat crown rot, obviously improves the control effect and significantly reduces the pesticide cost; can slow down the resistance of wheat crown rot to the pesticide and prolong the service life of the pesticide; has both quick acting effect and long acting effect on wheat crown rot; can greatly reduce the field application amount and effectively reduce environmental pollution and pesticide residues; and reduces toxicity to other non-target organisms.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pyraclostrobin microcapsule based on sodium alginate, which is prepared by mixing pyraclostrobin original drug dissolved in ethyl acetate, 1% aqueous sodium alginate solution, and 5% aqueous calcium carbonate solution at 25° C., and mixing the mixed solution with liquid paraffin containing 10% emulsifier A-110, maintaining a shear rate of 1000 r/min to emulsify for 10 min; using 87.5 mmol/L glacial acetic acid to reduce the pH of the mixed phase, such that the cross-linking reaction between ions can be formed into microcapsules; finally using pH 4.5 acetate buffer to wash and separate the microcapsule slurry, and then centrifuging and freeze-drying to prepare the pyraclostrobin SA microcapsules. The microcapsules prepared by the present disclosure have excellent formulation performance and can be used for the control of Fusarium pseudograminearum.

In the present invention, by mixing tea saponin with chlorantraniliprole or tolfenpyrad, a pesticide with certain ratio is prepared to control Spodoptera frugiperda, has the advantages of good effect and low dosage, and can delay the resistance of Spodoptera frugiperda to pesticides.
