Abstract: A battery container includes a container body and a partition structure. The partition structure is arranged in the container body to form a battery accommodating space and an exhaust space. The partition structure includes a mounting plate and a pressure relief structure. The pressure relief structure and the mounting plate are independently formed structures. The pressure relief structure is arranged on the mounting plate. The air in the battery accommodating space is able to be collected into the exhaust space through the pressure relief structure and discharged. A battery pack includes the battery container.
