  • Patent number: 11967982
Abstract: A method for real-time processing of a detection signal, wherein signal processing is respectively performed when a detection signal is converted from a high level to a low level or vice versa. A moment at which a level of the detection signal is converted is recorded as a start point. A status of the detection signal is then detected in real time at a current moment. A current time width is compared to a maximum interval width of pre-set interference signals, and signal levels are determined and recorded from the start point to the current moment. Using characteristics of different interference signals, anti-interference processing is performed by using a targeted edge positioning and width recognition method, so that the delay impact of filtering on signals is avoided, improving both the recognition precision of weighing data of a checkweigher and the overall performance of the checkweigher.

  • Publication number: 20230193404
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a molecular marker for identifying poultry laying traits based on an OVR gene, an identification method and an application thereof. The molecular marker is a polymorphic site which is developed on the basis of an oocyte vitellogenesis receptor (OVR) gene and capable of affecting the expression quantity thereof. The expression of the OVR gene is affected by the binding efficiency of C/EBP? to the transcriptional control region. The molecular marker is a G/T mutation located at ?399 bp upstream of the transcription initiation site of the OVR gene; the type of the molecular marker is identified in the poultry genome to judge the egg laying capacity of an individual poultry via molecular screening at the early stage, which provides direct technical means for the breeding of poultry egg laying capacity.

  • Publication number: 20230139042
Abstract: A discharge flow rate of a loss-in-weight scale is controlled by continuously changing control outputs to save the time necessary for data stabilization. A curve relating the discharge flow rate and the control output is obtained by using the functional relationship between the control output and time and the functional relationship between the material weight and time. The discharge flow rate can be precisely controlled by directly selecting or inputting a value of the control output, to achieve the objectives of direct controlling and of avoiding the time for data stabilization.
