Abstract: The present disclosure includes example signal sending and receiving methods and related example devices. One example method includes sending, by a first device, a notification signal to a second device on a target transmission resource, where the target transmission resource includes a third transmission resource determined according to a first transmission resource or a fourth transmission resource determined according to a second transmission resource. The first transmission resource is a resource which the first device uses to send first status information of the first device, and the second transmission resource is a resource which is used by the second device to send second status information of the second device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a service advertisement message transmission method and device. The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes: generating, by a first device, a first service advertisement message, where the first service advertisement message includes first service information of the first device and second service information of a second device; the second service information is obtained by the first device from a received message sent by the second device; the first service information is used to enable a device in a communication range of the first device to learn service information of the first device; and the second service information is used to enable a device in a communication range of the second device to learn service information of the second device; and sending, by the first device, the first service advertisement message.

Abstract: A BA frame transmission method comprises: receiving, by a receiving device, at least one PPDU sent by at least one transmitting device, where the PPDU includes at least one MPDU; and generating a BA frame according to a receiving status of the at least one MPDU in the at least one PPDU sent by each of the at least one transmitting device, and sending the BA frame to the at least one transmitting device, where the BA frame includes BA information corresponding to each of the at least one transmitting device, the BA information includes a block acknowledgement bitmap field and a bitmap length indicator, the bitmap length indicator is used to indicate a length of the block acknowledgement bitmap field, and the bitmap length indicator is carried in a block acknowledgement starting sequence control field included in the BA information corresponding to the transmitting device in the BA frame.

Abstract: A method and user equipment for discovering a device user to improve security of user identifier information, so that user equipment discover each other securely. The method includes receiving a first message that is sent by a second user equipment and at least includes implicit user identifier information of the second user equipment, obtaining, according to correspondences stored in a first user equipment, a user identifier corresponding to the implicit user identifier information of the second user equipment; and determining, in the user identifier corresponding to the implicit user identifier information of the second user equipment, a user identifier of the second user equipment, to discover a user of the second user equipment. The present disclosure is applicable to the field of communications.

Abstract: A method for method for waking up one of a plurality of radio communications modules (RCMs) of a first station includes receiving a wake-up configuration from a second station, placing the plurality of RCMs into a sleeping mode, receiving a wake-up signal from the second station on an auxiliary low-power radio receiver of the first station, determining a first RCM of the plurality of RCMs to wake up in accordance with the wake-up configuration, and waking up the first RCM from the sleeping mode to communicate with the second station.

Abstract: In a process for a wireless network device in a first Neighbor Awareness Network device cluster (NAN cluster) to join a second NAN cluster, the wireless network device first discovers the second NAN cluster. It calculates a first score based on multiple pieces of attribute information of the first NAN cluster, and a second score based on multiple pieces of attribute information of the second NAN cluster, compares the first score and the second score, and determines to join the second NAN cluster when the second score is greater than the first score. Then it sends an event message to other wireless network devices in the first NAN cluster to inform them to join the second NAN cluster, stops participating in the first NAN Cluster by not contending for serving as a synchronization device in the first NAN Cluster, and joins the second NAN cluster.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an information query method and device, which can reduce a waste of resources in an information query process, and decrease power consumption. The method includes: sending, by a requesting device in a broadcast manner, a first query request message, where the first query request message carries a first query condition and information about a group identity; and when the requesting device receives a first query response message sent by a responding device that meets the first query condition, sending, by the requesting device, a second query request message that uses the group identity as a receiving address, so that the responding device processes the second query request message.

Abstract: A method for indicating a frame structure in a wireless local area network (WLAN) is provided. A sending device generates a transmission frame. The transmission frame includes a physical header. The physical header includes a frame structure indication field. A subcarrier polarity of the frame structure indication field is used to indicate the frame structure of the transmission frame. The sending device sends the transmission frame to a receiving device. In the transmission frame, a first subcarrier polarity indicates the transmission frame has a first frame structure, and a second subcarrier polarity indicates the transmission frame has a second frame structure, so that the receiving device determines the frame structure of the transmission frame according to the subcarrier polarity of the frame structure indication field.

Abstract: A data transmission protection method includes: receiving, by a station, resource allocation information sent by an access point; obtaining, according to a status of mutual overlap between an allocated transmission channel and multiple subchannels, at least one overlapping subchannel used by the station to send a transmission protection message; and sending the transmission protection message on a current overlapping subchannel according to a status of whether each overlapping subchannel in the at least one overlapping subchannel used by the station to send the transmission protection message is used only by the station to send the transmission protection message, where the transmission protection message is used to protect downlink data transmission from the access point to the station, the transmission protection message includes duration, and the duration is used to indicate an exclusive time of the station for the transmission channel allocated to the station.

Abstract: A direct link scheduling method implemented by an access point (AP) includes: multicasting or broadcasting information about multiple direct links participating in a next direct link scheduled period; obtaining, in the direct link scheduled period, sounding results sent by the both terminal devices on each of the multiple direct links, and separately allocating channel resources to the multiple direct links according to the sounding results in the direct link scheduled period; and/or sub-channels or transmission time in channel resources of two direct links interfering with each other are or is different; and sending information about the allocated channel resource to the both terminal devices on each of the multiple direct links. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid channel contention between different direct links and reduce a probability that a conflict occurs because of the channel contention.

After an access point allocates a channel resource to all stations in a centralized manner according to the channel resource and types of the stations in a same BSS, the access point may send a confirmation message to a station, to instruct the access point and the station to communicate on an indicated channel resource.

Abstract: In a process for a wireless network device in a first Neighbor Awareness Network device cluster (NAN cluster) to join a second NAN cluster, the wireless network device first discovers the second NAN cluster by means of scanning for networking signals from the second NAN cluster. If it determines, based on the attribute information of the second NAN cluster, to join the second NAN cluster, the wireless network device sends an event message to other wireless network devices in the first NAN cluster. The event message also contains a cluster ID (CID) of the second NAN cluster. The wireless network device joins the second NAN cluster, wherein the step of joining comprises: performing service discovery in the second NAN cluster instead of performing service discovery in the first NAN cluster.

Abstract: The present invention provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: sending, by an access point, channel opportunity information, so that stations that have data to be sent randomly select, after receiving the channel opportunity information, a channel opportunity from the channel opportunity information, and concurrently send a sending request message to the access point; allocating, by the access point according to the received sending request message, to a station that sends the received sending request message, a channel resource that is used for sending uplink data; and sending, by the access point according to the allocated channel resource, a sending acknowledgement message to the station that sends the received sending request message, so that stations that receive the sending acknowledgement message use channel resources to concurrently send uplink data.
