    Abstract: A dielectric filter includes a housing, a dielectric resonator, a cover plate, and a tuning structure. A resonant slot is disposed on the housing, a support portion is disposed in the resonant slot, and the support portion encloses to form an intermodulation groove at a slot bottom of the resonant slot. The dielectric resonator is mounted on the support portion and covers a groove opening of the intermodulation groove, multiple adjustment holes are disposed on the dielectric resonator, and the multiple adjustment holes communicate with the intermodulation groove. The cover plate is connected to the housing, covers an opening of the resonant slot, and is spaced apart from the dielectric resonator. The tuning structure is connected to the cover plate, where each of the multiple adjustment holes is configured with one tuning structure.

The fixing member is detachably connected to the outside of the dielectric member and the metal resonant rod. The dielectric member is fixedly connected to the fixing member and the metal resonant rod. The fixing member is detachably connected to the metal resonant rod and the dielectric member through a sleeve arrangement, and the dielectric member is limited and fixed on the metal resonant rod, improving the tuning performance of the resonator while effectively reducing its cost.

A resonant cavity with one side opening is formed inside the housing. The cover plate covers the outside of the opening. The metal resonant rod, buffer, and dielectric member are fixed in the resonant cavity, and sequentially welded. The linear expansion coefficient of the buffer is between the linear expansion coefficients of the metal resonant rod and the dielectric member, so that the deformation generated by the buffer during welding is between the deformations generated by the metal resonant rod and the dielectric member, providing a buffering effect when the metal resonant rod and the dielectric member deform, avoiding cracking at the connection between the metal resonant rod and the dielectric member due to significant differences in deformation during welding.

    Abstract: A tuning structure for locking or releasing a tuning rod includes a cover plate, an adjustment member and an elastic element. The cover plate has a mounting hole. The adjustment member is rotatably engaged with a hole wall in the mounting hole. A first through hole is provided at a center of the adjustment member. The tuning rod passes through the mounting hole and the first through hole. The elastic element is disposed in the mounting hole. The tuning rod passes through the elastic element. One end of the elastic element abuts against the regulating member, and the other end of the elastic element abuts against the hole wall. By rotating the adjustment member, the elastic element can lock or release to the tuning rod. The present disclosure also discloses an electronic device having the tuning structure.
