The method includes: receiving an application handling authorization instruction entered by a user, where the application handling authorization instruction includes an identifier of an application program in a terminal; accessing the application program based on the identifier of the application program, and obtaining information about a to-be-handled application event from the application program; sending a notification message to a cloud server, where the notification message includes the application event information; receiving a feedback message sent by the cloud server, where the feedback message includes event execution information, of the application event information, obtained by the cloud server based on user online virtual data; and correspondingly executing the application event based on the event execution information.

In the present invention, the SCC AS decides if a media path needs to be anchored in a media anchor point MRF, and if yes, then instructs a MRF to assign respective media endpoints for a local UE and a remote UE and connect the two media endpoints together, so as to divide the session between the local UE and the remote UE into two independent sub-sessions: a session between the local UE and the MRF, and a session between the remote UE and the MRF. For these two sub-sessions, the SIP signaling is terminated and sent out in the SCC AS. Thus, when a local UE or a remote UE triggers handover, only one sub-session needs to be updated/influenced.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and device of performing Tracking Area Update TAU for a group of Machine-Type Communication MTC devices in a communication network. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the group comprises a first MTC device and at least one second MTC device that have the same group ID and location information, the communication network comprises an old Mobility Management Entity MME and a new Mobility Management Entity MME before and after TAU, respectively, for providing mobility management to the group of MTC devices, and the method comprises: after the new MME receives a TAU request about the first MTC device, obtaining a context of the first MTC device from the old MME; the new MME checking the context of the first MTC device to find the group ID of the group; and if the group ID is included in the context of the first MTC device, the new MME utilizing the group ID to obtain from the old MME a context of the at least one second MTC device.

Abstract: The invention proposes a method and corresponding apparatuses for handing over a video conversation from a PS domain to a CS domain in a radio network. When signals of a network covered by the packet switch domain where the video conversation currently locates in are not good or become unavailable, as long as source MME and eNodeB detect the presence of video conversation, a procedure of handover to circuit switch domain for video bearer will be initiated, and a handover request will be transmitted to MSC server. After receiving the handover request, a control equipment in the circuit switch domain will request for resources to a target radio network requesting for the allocation of necessary communication link to the video bearer.

Abstract: The invention proposes a method and an apparatus for reducing break duration in handover of a VoIP conversation from a packet switch domain to a circuit switch domain. The main idea is that a synchronization mechanism is introduced between the session handover procedure at IP multimedia subsystem IMS layer and a cell handover procedure at layer 2, so that enable the two handover procedures to start at or almost at the same time. When a Mobile Switching Center MSC server receives a request of handover from the source Mobility Management Entity MME, the time required from the time the MSC server transmitting a message to this message arriving at a remote end user equipment UE is computed first, and then is compared with a predetermined time required from the time the MSC server transmitting a message to this message arriving at the local UE.

By applying the methods and means of the present invention, load of every MGW is balanced; performance degradation, caused by heavy load, of a certain MGW is avoided; MGW having stopped working is bypassed; a success ratio of session setup is increased; session performance is improved; and benefit is brought to multi-network integration, such as inter-working between a packet switching network and a circuit switching network in an IMS network.
