    Abstract: A resonant switched capacitor direct current/direct current converter includes N resonant switched capacitor groups, M capacitors, and at least one LC series circuit, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and M is an integer less than or equal to N. Each resonant switched capacitor group includes switches and a resonant circuit. The resonant circuit includes a resonant inductor and a resonant capacitor. The LC series circuit, namely, a circuit including an inductor and a capacitor that are connected in series, is connected between any two resonant switched capacitor groups. At the moment when the switch is turned off, the resonant inductor is not sufficient to implement complete discharging of a junction capacitor of the switch. The inductor is added, to implement complete discharging of the junction capacitor of the switch, that is, to remove a current, so that the switch implements soft switching.

The switched-capacitor DC/DC converter includes a controllable switch and n switched capacitor modules, where the n switched capacitor modules are connected in series to form a voltage conversion branch circuit, and the voltage conversion branch circuit is connected to the controllable switch in series. n is an integer greater than or equal to 1. When the DC/DC converter implements different voltage conversion ratios, n may be different values. The converter can implement voltage step-down or voltage step-up, and does not include a transformer inside.

    Abstract: This application discloses a switched-inductor power converter, a communication system, and a method. The switched-inductor power converter includes a coupling winding and a unidirectional conduction circuit, and the coupling winding and the unidirectional conduction circuit are connected in series to form a closed loop. A leakage inductor is formed after the coupling winding and a power inductor are magnetically coupled. Existence of the leakage inductor and the unidirectional conduction circuit may suppress a reverse recovery stress of a first diode, to further reduce a reverse recovery current of the first diode, and reduce a reverse recovery loss of the first diode.
