The low-voltage negative terminal is electrically connected with the high-voltage negative terminal A first terminal of the high-voltage side capacitor is electrically connected with the high-voltage positive terminal. A second terminal of the high-voltage side capacitor is electrically connected with the low-voltage positive terminal. The power conversion circuit is electrically connected between the high-voltage side and the low-voltage side.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power conversion circuit including input positive and negative terminals, output positive and negative terminals, an input inductor, two bridge arms, a transformer, an output capacitor and an auxiliary capacitor. Each bridge arm includes three switches connected in series and two connection points between the switches. The winding of the transformer is coupled in series between the connection points of the two bridge arms, and two windings of the transformer are connected and form a connection point coupled to the output positive terminal. Two terminals of the output capacitor are electrically connected to the output positive and negative terminals respectively. Two terminals of the auxiliary capacitor are electrically connected to a second terminal of the input inductor and the output terminal respectively.

A projection of the encapsulation layer on the first surface of the substrate is not overlapped with a projection of the working region on the first surface, and a gap is formed between the encapsulation layer and the lateral periphery of the magnetic component.
