    Abstract: A method for processing a conductive terminal and an electrical assembly is disclosed. The method for processing a conductive terminal includes (i) determining a contact region on a terminal to have a press-fit connection with a circuit board, the contact region including a tin-containing layer, (ii) generating laser light using one or more lasers, and projecting the laser light to the contact region, and (iii) subjecting the contact region to laser irradiation for a predetermined time, the tin-containing layer in the contact region undergoing melting, diffusion and re-solidification during the laser irradiation, and a tin-containing intermetallic compound being formed on an outer surface of the contact region. The method for processing a conductive terminal and the electrical assembly of the present disclosure have advantages such as simple implementation, convenient deployment, and good performance.

The opening-and-closing type heater comprises a base, a tube body mounted on the base and a tube body opening-and-closing mechanism; the tube body comprises a fixed tube body and a movable tube body, the fixed tube body and the movable tube body are arc-shaped shells, and form a hollow shape when the openings thereof match with each other; the tube body opening-and-closing mechanism is connected to the movable tube body for realizing the opening-and-closing of the movable tube body and the fixed tube body. The invention solves heat retaining and heating problems during the forging process of the main shaft forgings and avoids internal defects due to rapid temperature drop of the main shaft forgings.

The hollow forging process for main shaft created by the invention can save the costs for enterprise to purchase large equipment and makes it possible to forge the main shaft of large wind turbine generator with a free forging oil press with a smaller size.
