    Abstract: A robotic system and method of rapid deployment is provided. The robotic system may include a control system, and a transfer unit cell in communication with the control system for facilitating transfer of objects from a source to a destination. The transfer unit cell may translate between a deployed configuration configured to receive and interact with objects, a retracted configuration where the transfer unit cell is retracted into itself, and a transport configuration for moving the transfer unit cell via a transport unit. The transfer unit cell may include a cell base plate, a robotic arm mount for supporting a robot, a conveyor system for receiving or providing at least one target object, a sensor mount for receiving a sensor system, and a unit enclosure mounted to the cell base plate of the transfer unit cell to facilitate transport of the transfer unit cell and translation between positions.

In one embodiment, a system for manipulating a deformable object, the system includes a first robot arm having a first gripper, a second robot arm having a second gripper, a blower robot arm having an air pump, and one or more processors programmed to control the first robot arm and the second robot arm to grasp the deformable object using the first gripper and the second gripper, respectively, and to control the blower robot arm to perform a plurality of blowing actions onto the deformable object until an objective is satisfied.
