Abstract: The invention relates to a CTC3.0-based locomotive decoupling and coupling plan automatic generation and execution method. According to the method, by upgrading a track occupancy display terminal and a data platform in a CTC3.0 system, automatic generation of a locomotive decoupling or coupling plan is triggered when the route display terminal receives a train plan, so as to complete a locomotive decoupling or coupling task. The method has the advantages of high automation degree and high transportation efficiency.

Abstract: A domestic waste incineration fly ash treatment system is provided, suitable for clean and efficient treatment of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash, and includes a three-stage water washing subsystem, a filtrate post-treatment subsystem, an MVR evaporation salt production subsystem, a pressure filtration subsystem, and a filter cake post-treatment subsystem.

The method includes receiving a request for purchasing a commodity object and generating, based on the request, a transaction order. The transaction order may include transaction amount information, information about a first user selling the commodity object, and information about a second user purchasing the commodity object. The method may further include setting an amount of fund in a fund account of the second user to a frozen state, and after a preset time period, transferring the amount of fund to a fund account of the first user. After the amount of fund is set to the frozen state and before the amount of fund is transferred to the fund account of the first user, an income produced by the amount of fund may be calculated and transferred to the fund account of the second user.

Abstract: A method and system for locating a plurality of targets are provided, wherein all targets to be located move within a spatial area. The method comprises: providing an infrared light source on each of the targets to be located; according to a preset sampling frequency, controlling the infrared light source on each of the targets to be located to be turned on and off sequentially; according to the preset sampling frequency, obtaining infrared gray scale images of the space where the targets to be located are located; and locating one target to be located in each of the obtained infrared gray scale images. By the infrared light source locating, ambient interference is highly avoided, and the accuracy of the locating is improved.
