    Abstract: A preparation method of an expansive polymer grouting material for treating high-pressure large-flow-rate karst water inrush includes: 1) adding a crosslinking agent to acrylic acid; then adding a polymer water-absorbent resin comonomer and performing a polymerization reaction to obtain a precursor; 2) adding an initiator to the precursor obtained in step 1), heating the mixture, performing a reaction to obtain a hydrogel, and grinding the hydrogel to obtain a primary polymer water-absorbent resin; 3) spraying a surface crosslinking agent onto a surface of the primary polymer water-absorbent resin obtained in step 2), and drying the product; and 4) preparing a suspension from an inorganic water conducting agent, spraying the suspension onto the product obtained in step 3), and performing drying to obtain the expansive polymer grouting material.

By using this process, endotoxin, organic solvents and toxic solvent residue are thus omitted and products with different sizes, thickness and mechanical strength can be formed.

The chemical structure of the 2-mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc is shown as the above formula. Wherein m, n and n? are positive integers, m=2(n+n?), n?n?, n:n?=1:1˜9:1. Materials are prepared according to the stoichiometric ratio of the target products; 2-mercaptobenzothiazole is dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution. The aqueous solution of water-soluble manganese salts and water-soluble zinc salts solution are successively added to 2-mercaptobenzothiazole sodium solution under stirring, followed by stirring for mixing well, then the solution being allowed to stand, filtered and washed with water to obtain filter cake, and then dried in vacuum to obtain 2-mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc. The present 2-mercaptobenzothiazole manganese zinc may be used as an agricultural fungicide.
