  • Publication number: 20180193027
Abstract: An improved left atrial appendage (LAA) occluder is provided. The improved LAA occluder includes a sealing disc and an anchoring device, both of which are mutually connected, At least two flow blocking membranes are arranged in the sealing disc. A part, cooperating with an LAA, of the anchoring device is an anchoring net, and the anchoring net is of a backboneless structure. The whole anchoring device is of the backboneless structure. The anchoring device is formed by weaving metal wires, a distal end of the anchoring device is opened, a proximal end of the anchoring device is constricted and is connected with the sealing disc to form a conical net, the distal end of the anchoring device is opened and is rolled towards the proximal end to form the anchoring net, and the anchoring net surrounds the conical net.

  • Publication number: 20170189187
Abstract: A method of repairing the heart valve is described. The method includes securing a first tissue anchor to a first posterior portion of annulus between posterior and anterior commissures; securing a second tissue anchor to a first anterior portion of the annulus between the posterior and anterior commissures; and securing a third tissue anchor to a second anterior portion of annulus between the posterior and anterior commissures. At least one tensile member is spanned between the first, second and third tissue anchors and across the orifice of the heart valve. When tension is applied to the at least one tensile member, the posterior portion of the annulus is pulled toward the anterior portion of the annulus.

  • Publication number: 20150366650
Abstract: Disclosed is a thrombus filter comprising a sheath (1), a thrombus intercepting net (2) with an intercepting port, a first pushing piece (4) and a control handle. The thrombus filter is also provided with prevention umbrella (3), wherein the direction of the opening of the overfill prevention umbrella (3) is identical to that of the intercepting port. The overfill prevention umbrella (3) is provided outside the thrombus intercepting net (2). A second pushing piece (5) is located in the sheath (1) to push and pull the overfill prevention umbrella (3). The overfill prevention umbrella (3) comprises an umbrella surface (32) and an umbrella stand (31) connected between the second pushing piece (5) and the umbrella surface (32), and the open end of the umbrella surface (32) is a closed shape memory.

  • Publication number: 20150190228
Abstract: The present invention discloses a compression device for artificial valve replacing device that comprises at least two clamp unit blocks connecting with each other in sequence and enclosing a compressing channel. The compression device further comprises a guide structure for leading all clamp unit blocks to retract towards the center of the compressing channel. In this invention, when the artificial valve replacing device is placed in the compressing channel, the inner wall of the compressing channel props against the peripheral wall of the artificial valve replacing device. When the clamp unit blocks are retracting towards the center of the compressing channel under the action of outside force, the inner wall of the compressing channel applies the force directing to the center of the compressing channel. The device has the low manufacturing cost and is convenient to clean due to the simple structure, fully satisfying the requirements for operation sanitation in use.
