Abstract: A nucleic acid extraction and fluorescent PCR detection system, comprising: an extraction strip, an extraction strip loading device for loading the extraction strip, a sample holder loading device for loading and unloading samples, an extraction strip transfer gripper for driving the extraction strip to move to a preset position, a nucleic acid extraction device for purifying the samples to obtain nucleic acids, a PCR detection device for performing fluorescent PCR detection on the nucleic acids, and a control device, wherein the extraction strip loading device, the sample holder loading device, the extraction strip transfer gripper, the nucleic acid extraction device and the PCR detection device are all connected to the control device. The problems of relatively poor flexibility and relatively low detection efficiency of a nucleic acid extraction and detection system can be ameliorated, so that a sample detection process is more flexible and convenient.

Abstract: A crane and a mounting assembly structure are provided. The crane includes a boom, a luffing cylinder and a tower jib structure for function switching, wherein the tower jib structure includes a jib frame, a tower jib connecting frame connected to the boom, and a mounting assembly structure, and the tower jib connecting frame and the jib frame are connected to each other by means of the mounting assembly structure. The disclosure has the characteristics of simple operation, flexible use and safe operation since different mounting assembly structures are assembled by different elements.

Abstract: A magnetic attraction incubation mechanism of an automatic molecular diagnostic instrument, includes: a magnetic attraction assembly used for magnetic attraction of a reaction chamber containing a sample liquid and an incubation assembly used for heating the reaction chamber, and further comprising: a driving device for driving the incubation assembly and the magnetic attraction assembly to be alternately close to the reaction chamber, the magnetic attraction assembly and the incubation assembly being both connected to the driving device. Switching of an incubation operation and a magnetic attraction operation can be achieved, and an incubation part and a magnetic attraction part effectively work in conjunction with each other by means of a linkage mechanism, so that the overall structure is effectively simplified, the space is saved, and a detection speed of the sample liquid can further be increased.
