The lifting apparatus is provided on the cover body and is in driving connection with the spatula. The lifting apparatus may drive the spatula to move up and down relative to the pot body between a first position and a second position. In some instances, when the spatula is in the first position, the spatula is in close contact with the inner surface of the cover body. In some instances, when the spatula is in the second position, the spatula is out of contact with the inner surface of the cover body.

At the same time, as a food turner can move back and forth between a first cleaning position and a second cleaning position in the pot body, a 360-degree comprehensive and rapid self-cleaning program for an inner surface of a pot lid, and the bottom face and an inner wall face of the pot body can be realized.
