    Abstract: The disclosure configures a memory sub-system controller to use prior read verify operations to selectively apply enhancements to read window budgets (RWB). The controller receives a request to perform a memory operation on data stored in an individual memory component of a set of memory components. The controller accesses RWB tracking information associated with the individual memory component and determines that the tracking information associated with the individual memory component indicates a need for enhancing a RWB associated with the memory operation. The controller applies one or more enhancement processes to the individual memory component in response to determining that the tracking information associated with the individual memory component indicates the need for enhancing the RWB associated with the memory operation.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a wafer backside cleaning method, comprising: using a wafer clamping part to hold a wafer, a gap being formed between the wafer clamping part and the wafer; injecting a protective gas into the gap at a first flow rate; adjusting the flow rate of the protective gas from the first flow rate to a second flow rate, and rotating the wafer under the drive of the first rotational speed of the wafer clamping part to clean the backside of the wafer; adjusting the rotational speed of the wafer clamping part from the first rotational speed to a second rotational speed, so that the wafer is driven by the wafer clamping part to rotate for the drying process; stopping rotating the wafer, adjusting the flow rate of the protective gas to the first flow rate again from the second flow rate, and then taking out the wafer; and stopping injecting the protective gas after the wafer is taken out.

The lifting assembly is arranged at a top of the conversion platform and comprises a stranded wire, a lifting member, and a control member. The method for entire removal of a space truss comprises mounting the assistive support mechanism, and performing initial removal of the truss structure; lowering the truss structure; and then performing secondary removal of the entire space truss. The major removal work is done on the ground, thereby reducing the requirement for removal-assisting measures and the operational risks, and improving the working efficiency.
