    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for network communication. A method comprises determining a link between an edge device of a second network and the first edge device of the first network is failed or the edge device of the second network is failed or an identifier of an Ethernet segment corresponding to the edge device of the second network has been changed; and advertising a first message including withdrawal of the Ethernet segment corresponding to the edge device of the second network and a corresponding substitution Ethernet segment of the second network, wherein the corresponding substitution Ethernet segment of the second network can be used by one or more other edge devices of the first network receiving the first message to switch routes associated with the Ethernet segment corresponding to the edge device of the second network to the corresponding substitution Ethernet segment of the second network.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for communication between a radio equipment and a radio equipment controller are disclosed. According to an embodiment, a first transport equipment detects a bit rate of one of a radio equipment and a radio equipment controller. The one of the radio equipment and the radio equipment controller is connected with the first transport equipment through a first common public radio interface (CPRI) link. The first transport equipment locks a working bit rate of a first CPRI port of the first transport equipment to the detected bit rate. The first transport equipment generates a message indicating the detected bit rate and sends the message to a second transport equipment that is connected with the other of the radio equipment and the radio equipment controller through a second CPRI link.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for determining separation efficiency of a cyclone separator. The method comprises: collecting solid particles separated by a cyclone separator; performing a particle size analysis for the collected solid particles; calculating feature parameters of the collected solid particles according to a result of the particle size analysis, wherein the feature parameters are values representing particle size and particle size uniformity of the solid particles; and determining a separation efficiency corresponding to the feature parameters of the collected solid particles as a separation efficiency of the cyclone separator, according to a predetermined correspondence between feature parameter and separation efficiency. The present invention avoids the difficulty in directly measuring the material concentrations at the inlet and the outlet of the cyclone separator and has a small interference with the apparatus.
