  • Publication number: 20130230688
Abstract: The present invention relates to a breathable insulation, could be set on the some part or whole of fabric, cloth, silk, cotton, textile, satin, yarn, linen, wool, synthetic fiber, rayon, polyester fiber, nylon or integrated with part or all of the fabric, cloth, silk, cotton, textile, satin, yarn, linen, wool, synthetic fiber, rayon, polyester fiber, nylon, comprising one or several support units located in the same plane or in different planes to allow air there in convection, with said design, the support units could form three-dimensional spaces to help air convection and to allow warm air come out of human skin. It helps for air distribution and convection, and helps the temperature of the human skin being warm through, not sultry, and achieves the purpose of natural insulation breathable.

  • Publication number: 20100247642
Abstract: A dosage form is provided for an anti-diabetic DPP-IV inhibitor of formula (I) as its tartarate salt, wherein the purity of the active pharmaceutical ingredient is maintained over a prolonged storage period under conditions similar to those likely encountered in home storage of the medication by a diabetic patient. A formulation free of calcium salts such as calcium phosphate, but including microcrystalline cellulose, copovidone, crospovidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate, when compacted into a tablet with the active pharmaceutical ingredient, was shown to be stable for at least six months at 40° C. and 75% relative humidity. Methods for preparation of the dosage form are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20100087658
Abstract: Methods and intermediates for the synthesis of selective inhibitors of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) are provided. Coupling of a carboxylate salt with a boro-proline derivative provides a protected form of a DPP-IV inhibitor, which may be deblocked to yield the medicinal compound. The carboxylate salt can be a crystalline form of a sodium salt or a dicyclohexylammonium salt. The inhibitor can be used in the treatment of diabetes.

  • Patent number: 7268126
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel polymorphic and amorphous forms of a phosphate salt of 8-fluoro-2-{4-[(methylamino)methyl]phenyl}-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-azepino[5,4,3-cd]indol-6-one, and to processes for their preparation. Such polymorphic forms may be a component of a pharmaceutical composition and may be used to treat a mammalian disease condition mediated by poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase activity including the disease condition such as cancer.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 21, 2005
Date of Patent: September 11, 2007
