Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention describe a feedback information transmission method and apparatus. The feedback information transmission method may include receiving, by a first terminal, first data sent by a second terminal. The method may also include sending, by the first terminal, feedback information for the first data to the second terminal in a first subframe, where there is second data to be sent by the first terminal in the first subframe. The feedback information may be carried in sidelink control information (SCI) of the second data, or the feedback information may be carried in a data packet carrying the second data. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the feedback information is carried in the SCI or the data packet carrying the second data, so that a peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of a system can be reduced.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for performing resource scheduling and delivering control information in a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication system are provided. The method for performing, by a base station (BS), the resource scheduling and delivering control information in the V2X communication system includes transmitting, to at least one user equipment (UE), a downlink control information (DCI) format associated with a cellular vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X) carrier, wherein the C-V2X carrier includes a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs), incorporating a BWP indicator in the DCI format, allocating at least one of the BWPs for a long term evolution V2X (LTE-V2X) operation according to the BWP indicator in the DCI format, and allocating a remaining of the BWPs for a new radio V2X (NR-V2X) operation according to the BWP indicator in the DCI format.

The user equipment is configured to implement an access stratum (AS) layer. Abstract: Provided are a wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: sending reporting information to the network device on the basis of an information type of information to be transmitted for establishing a unicast service sidelink. According to the technical solution, the terminal device can send the reporting information to the network device on the basis of the information type of the information to be transmitted for establishing the unicast service sidelink; the technical solution is applicable to a unicast service in an NR V2X system, and solves the problem of how to report information for different PC5-S/-RRC messages during service reporting.

Abstract: The present application provides a method for feeding back a sidelink transmission state, comprising: a terminal device obtains an uplink feedback resource, the uplink feedback resource being used for transmitting sidelink feedback information; the terminal device performs sidelink feedback processing. The solution enables a network device to determine the data transmission state on a sidelink. After determining that data transmission on the sidelink fails, the network device can allocate retransmission resources to the terminal device, thereby improving success rate of sidelink transmission; or after determining that data transmission on the sidelink succeeds, the network device does not allocate retransmission resources to the terminal device any longer, thereby improving utilization of the resources.
