Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method and use of a hydrogel material for growth of blood vessel organoids (BVOs). The preparation method of the hydrogel material includes: (1) synthesis of gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA), and (2) synthesis of ns-GelMA-PEO. The hydrogel material may be used for in vitro cultivation of BVOs. The hydrogel material ns-GelMA-PEO prepared by the present disclosure may significantly improve the survival and budding abilities of BVOs. The ns-GelMA-PEO provides a novel solution for in vitro cultivation of BVOs, and may well support the growth and differentiation of organoids.

The lower end of the feed waveguide is connected to one end of the metal base, and one side of the feed waveguide is connected to the brim. The brim is towards a length direction of the metal base. A plurality of sub-waveguides are arranged on the metal base at equal intervals, the tops of the sub-waveguides are not higher than the height of the metal base, and the sub-waveguides are arranged in a rising line trend. The feed waveguide serves as a microwave input port. The top surface wave antenna of the spherical Tokamak is mainly used in a high-power Tokamak system and acts on the low-hybrid wave current driving together with an external antenna so as to obtain a better effect.

Abstract: The disclosure belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials, and provides a bio-ink, application thereof, a penile corpus cavernosum prosthesis and a preparation method thereof. The bio-ink provided by the disclosure includes a polymer-based material, an initiator, a crosslinking agent, a light absorber, and water. The bio-ink provided by the disclosure can undergo a gelation reaction under ultraviolet light irradiation, and an obtained hydrogel matrix material can have an elongation at break reaching 200-600%, so as to be applied to 3D printing. The disclosure further provides a penile corpus cavernosum prosthesis. For the penile corpus cavernosum prosthesis provided by the disclosure, with biocompatible hydrogel as a matrix material, an anticoagulant layer obtained by coating can effectively reduce the risk of thrombosis and has good safety and stability. The penile corpus cavernosum prosthesis of the disclosure has bionic vascular sinus cavity and bionic white membrane structures.

The method includes: After receiving an IPv6 packet including a first DOH, an intermediate node parses the first DOH based on a first policy, to obtain first information carried in the first DOH, and processes the IPv6 packet based on the first information. The IPv6 packet includes an RH and the first DOH is located after the RH, or the IPv6 packet does not include an RH. In this application, an intermediate node that performs parsing to obtain information carried in an IPv6 extension header may be flexibly specified, to resolve a problem that a parsing rule of an extension header of an existing IPv6 packet is not flexible enough. This application is used for packet processing.

By using the plasma module, the wind resistance is reduced, and the flow efficiency of positive and negative ions generated by the plasma generator is improved, so that the sterilization efficiency is increased.

The metal base is in a W shape, both ends of the metal base are connected to the lower surfaces of feed waveguides, respectively. Opposite sides of two feed waveguides are connected to the brims, respectively, and a plurality of sub-waveguides are arranged on the upper surface of the metal base at equal intervals. The height of each sub-waveguide is not higher than the height of the feed waveguide, one feed waveguide serves as a microwave input port, and the other feed waveguide serves as a microwave output port. The Tokamak outer antenna disclosed by the present disclosure is a novel antenna which is simple in feed, low in reflection and transmission coefficients and high in directivity.
