The drive torque control unit implements, based on an operation instruction status of the EPB operation instructing unit, driving force restriction control to restrict the drive torque, and when an operation instruction status becomes unknown while the driving force restriction control is implemented, the driving force restriction control is continued regardless of the operation status of the EPB operation instructing unit.
