    Abstract: A server automatically generates a response on behalf of second users to a request received from a first user. A first stage of matching is performed that includes determining which of the second users match a requested location and request type. A second stage of matching is performed for each second user that includes computing a value that quantifies a likelihood of the first user selecting that second user to fulfill the request, and determining a capacity of the second user to fulfill the request. Some of the second users are selected based at least in part on the computed value and the determined capacity of each of the second users. A response is automatically generating for each of the selected second users. The generated responses are transmitted to the first user.

    Abstract: CVD Alumina coating has been one of the most important materials for wear resistant application for many years. Recently, texture control in ?-Al2O3 has attracted increasing attention due to the possibility to further improve the anisotropic properties such as thermal conductivity and mechanical properties. The influence of process parameters on textures is complex. In the present application, the influence of nucleation surface condition and H2S on the texture in CVD ?-Al2O3 coatings has been investigated. It has been shown that without the addition of H2S, the crystal orientation in the Al2O3 coatings is primarily dominated by the nucleation surface condition, whereas the effect of reactant composition on texture is minimal. On the other hand, in the presence of H2S during growth, reactant composition also plays an important role in affecting the crystal orientation. This effect is likely due to the strong interaction between the Al2O3 surface and the H2S.

    Abstract: A process is provided for determining the suitability of pyrolysis tar, such as steam cracker tar, for upgrading using hydroprocessing without long term fouling of the hydroprocessing reactor. The process includes heating a sample of the tar, quenching the sample, and measuring the total free radical content of the quenched sample. A pyrolysis tar can be blended with one having a lesser total free radical content to produce a blend that can be hydroprocessed with decreased fouling.
