    Abstract: Provided are a class of compounds, a stereoisomer, an optical isomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a prodrug, a solvate (for example, a hydrate) or an isotope derivative thereof. The compounds have a tri-heterocyclic structure (for example, the structure represented by formula (A)), which is a novel structure, thereby providing a new direction for the development of SOS1 inhibitor drugs. In-vitro enzyme activity inhibition activity studies show that the compounds have a relatively strong inhibition effect on SOS1 and can be used as a prospective compound for preventing and/or treating SOS1-mediated diseases. Moreover, said compounds also exhibit significant inhibitory activity on NCI-H358 cell proliferation. Furthermore, a specific synthesis method is provided. The synthesis method is simple in process, convenient to operate and beneficial to large-scale industrial production and use.

The method includes: integrating measured source spectrum data and factor spectrum data to generate a labeled data set and an unlabeled data set, respectively; preprocessing the labeled data set to generate a continuous labeled data set; constructing a tree classification model based on the continuous labeled data set; optimizing the tree classification model to determine the optimized tree classification model; coupling the optimized tree classification model and a pseudo-labeling algorithm to generate an integrated model based on the unlabeled data set to automatically identify factor profiles in the unlabeled data set; and determining types of the emission sources based on the factor profiles. User interfaces presented on the online platform can be modified based on at least the identified impacts to improve customization of the user interfaces to the users or enhance an experience of the users.

During a washing process, the NCMA quaternary precursor is washed with a mixed alkali solution of sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide at certain concentration, so that Na can be reduced below 50 ppm and sulfur can be reduced below 800 ppm.

The multi-channel image can be used to train a machine learned model by minimizing an error between predictions from the machine learned model and a captured trajectory associated with the object. Once trained, the machine learned model can be used to generate prediction probabilities of objects in an environment, and the vehicle can be controlled based on such prediction probabilities.
