    Abstract: A backlight assembly and its formation method, and a display apparatus are provided in the present disclosure. The formation method includes a circuit board; a plurality of light-emitting elements, disposed at a side of the circuit board; and a light guide element, configured to transmit light emitted from the plurality of light-emitting elements to a display element according to a preset light-guiding path. The backlight assembly transmits the light emitted from the light-emitting elements to the display element according to the preset light-guiding path through the light guide element, which improves the utilization rate of the light emitted from the light-emitting elements and emits higher brightness backlight through relatively low energy consumption.
