    Abstract: An exemplary deep learning-based system and method are disclosed for human-robot coordination under temporal constraints that has a Heterogeneous Graph-based encoder and a Recurrent Schedule Propagator. The encoder extracts relevant information about the initial environment, while the Propagator generates the consequential models of each task-agent assignments based on the initial model. Inspired by the sensory encoding and recurrent processing of the brain, the approach allows for fast schedule generation, removing the need to interact with the environment between every task-agent pair selection.

    Abstract: An air treatment device includes a case with first and second side walls, a heat exchanger, fresh and supply air ports, return and exhaust air ports, and supply and exhaust air paths. The supply air path extends in a first direction. The exhaust air path extends in a second direction crossing the first direction. The heat exchanger has fresh and return air surfaces provided adjacent to the fresh and return air ports. When viewed in a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions, the fresh and return air surfaces have a length ratio of 1.02 to 1.50. When viewed in the third direction, a first virtual straight line is perpendicular to the first and second side walls, a second virtual straight line connects ends of the fresh and return air surfaces, and the first and second virtual lines form an angle of 1° to 11°.

    Abstract: An air treatment device includes a case having fresh and supply air ports, and return and exhaust air ports. In the case, a supply air route is formed from the fresh to the supply air ports and an exhaust air route is formed from the return to the exhaust air port. The supply and exhaust air routes are provided with fans. A heat exchanger cause heat exchange between air flowing in the supply and exhaust air routes. The heat exchanger includes multiple layers of heat exchange core fins, and multiple layers of films stacked alternately. A section perpendicular to an air flow direction and upstream of the heat exchanger includes first and second regions. In the heat exchanger, the films adjacent to each other have a gap H1 in the first region, and a distance H2 in the second region, with H1<H2.

    Abstract: An exemplary scheduler system and method are disclosed that can schedule a plurality of heterogenous robots to perform a set of tasks using heterogeneous graph attention network models. The exemplary scheduler system and method can outperform other work in multi-robot scheduling both in terms of schedule optimality and the total number of feasible schedules found and also in a scalable framework that can be trained via imitation-based Q-learning operations. The exemplary scheduler system and method can autonomously learn scheduling policies on multiple application domains.
