The shaft defines a first shaft slot and a second shaft slot, the first and second shaft slots aligned apart and extending from a part of the shaft to one end of the shaft along a direction substantially parallel to an axis of the shaft. The cover is pivoted to the main body via the shaft. The flexible circuit element includes a driving portion fixed to the main body, a controlling portion fixed to the cover, and a connecting portion interconnecting the driving portion and the controlling portion. The connecting portion of the flexible circuit element enters the shaft via the first shaft slot, and passes through the second shaft slot to be out of the shaft.
