Abstract: A heart valve prosthesis anchored to an interventricular septum. The heart valve prosthesis includes a valve supporting frame and a fixing device. The valve supporting frame includes a valve stitching section and an artificial valve. The artificial valve is fixedly connected to the valve stitching section. The fixing device includes a fixing and supporting section and a fixing member. One end of the fixing and supporting section is connected to a proximal end of the valve stitching section, and another end of the fixing and supporting section is connected to the interventricular septum of a patient by the fixing member, to support the heart valve prosthesis and prevent the heart valve prosthesis from axially moving.

Abstract: A swing head mechanism and a medical stapler. The swing head mechanism comprises a rotating component, a swing head pull rod (93), and a housing. At least one first fitting member and at least one second fitting member are respectively provided on the outside of the rotating component and the inside of the housing. When the rotating component rotates relative to the housing until the first fitting member is opposite to the second fitting member, the first fitting member and the second fitting member form an elastic embedding fit. The swing head mechanism facilitates an operator to set different swing angles of a stapler head portion, and can avoid uncontrollable swing of the stapler head portion.

One technical solution comprises an intelligent identity-authentication alcohol detector, comprising a base, a mounting seat, and a connecting arm; the mounting seat is provided on the base, and a face information acquiring module is provided on the mounting seat; the connecting arm is rotatably provided on the base, and a breathing opening for alcohol detection is provided on the connecting arm; and the connecting arm is used for driving the breathing opening for alcohol detection to a position where the face information acquiring module acquires the face information of a subject. According the technical solution of the present application, the face information acquiring module can constantly acquire the face information of a subject when the subject breathes into the breathing opening for alcohol detection, thereby preventing the subject from cheating.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a Wnt family member 4/tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein zeta (Wnt4/YWHAZ) co-modified mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived exosome, and a preparation method and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of skin repair. In the present disclosure, the MSC-derived exosome is modified by overexpressing adenovirus vectors expressing a Wnt4 gene and a YWHAZ gene in the MSCs, such that the exosome overexpresses the Wnt4 gene and the YWHAZ gene, to achieve a medicinal purpose of promoting regeneration and repair of a scalded skin tissue in a rat with the MSC-derived exosome.

The fly ash burner is located on an inner wall of a hearth of the gasification furnace. The ash remover has an inlet connected to an outlet of a waste boiler of the gasification furnace. The fly ash storage tank is connected to a pressurized nitrogen inlet pipe, and a bottom outlet of the ash remover. The variable pressure lock hopper is connected to the fly ash storage tank. The fly ash blending system is connected to the variable pressure lock hopper and the fly ash burner. The exhaust filter is connected to the storage tank, the lock hopper and the blending system. The buffer tank is connected to the exhaust filter.

Abstract: Provided in the present invention is the use of the miR-338 cluster as a marker of postmenopausal osteoporosis. In the present invention, it was found that the miR-338 cluster such as miR-338-3p and/or miR-3065-5p are highly expressed in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and it can be used as a marker of postmenopausal osteoporosis, used for preparing an auxiliary diagnostic kit for postmenopausal osteoporosis, which can specifically detect the expression level of the miR-338 cluster in tissues, and is used for non-invasive and early auxiliary diagnosis of postmenopausal osteoporosis in clinic. In addition, inhibitors of the miR-338 cluster have the efficacy of promoting osteogenesis and can be used for treating or preventing postmenopausal osteoporosis.
