The main body includes a lateral panel having a first edge, a second edge, a first groove, a second groove, a hooking structure, and two blocks. The first groove extends along a traversal axis and the second groove extends along a longitudinal axis. The hooking structure extends toward the traversal axis from a lower side wall adjacent to the second edge. The two blocks on two sides of the longitudinal axis extend from side walls of the second groove toward the longitudinal axis. The holding member in the second groove is in a closed position where a holding part of the holding member is within the first groove.

    Abstract: Methods of forming a contact for a semiconductor device with double barrier layer sets, and a device so formed are disclosed. Methods may include: depositing a first metal layer contacting a semiconductor substrate in a contact opening; depositing a first nitride barrier layer on the first metal layer; and annealing after depositing the first nitride barrier layer to form silicide region in a junction area underlying the contact opening with the first metal layer and the semiconductor substrate. After the annealing, a second metal layer may be deposited, followed by a second nitride barrier layer. A conductor is formed in a remaining portion of the contact opening. The double barrier layer sets prevent the formation of volcano defects and also advantageously reduce contact resistance.

The method further includes converting the set of storage snapshots from the second snapshot format to a first snapshot format utilized on the primary site to generate a yet another set of storage snapshots and converting, on the backup site, a set of storage snapshots including the incremental changes and the second snapshot format to the first snapshot format to generate still another set of eighth storage snapshots. The storage snapshots on both sites represent the same data in the same snapshot format without bulk data transfer.

The rotary valve core is formed with a first stepped surface facing toward the upper valve body, and an adjusting nut, which is located below the rotary valve core, is provided in the lower mounting hole. The rotary valve core is moved up and down axially by adjusting the adjusting nut such that an axial clearance between the first stepped surface and the upper valve body is adjusted, so the rotary valve core may flexibly rotate at different temperatures to prevent the multi-way valve from being stuck.

The power control device may provide power to the controller and the display when the apparatus is being tampered with. When the controller is powered, it may cause the power control device to cause the display to change from a state that indicates that the apparatus is authenticated to another state that indicates that the apparatus has been tampered with. The power control device may include a battery and a switch, or a power harvester, which can be configured to provide power to the controller when the apparatus is being tampered with.

The system can involve digital generation of a public key and a corresponding private key, both keys comprise large positive integers, applying the private key to an MCCB-specific message string and creating a digital signature code, generating an identification code from the MCCB-specific message string and the digital signature code, building the identification code into one or more security tags, and installing the security tags on MCCBs, and authenticating MCCBs through a verification step and a certification step. The verification step reads the security tags, and verifies the identification code. The certification step checks the identification code against a revocation list that contains previously compromised identification codes.

The oil outlet of the oil inlet passageway is on a circle having a radius of the distance from the oil inlet of the oil-directing passageway to its axis, the center of the circle being the axis of the valve core body. When the valve core body rotates, the oil-directing passageway can abut any of the oil inlet passageways. The oil inlet passageways in the multi-position valve run to the lower end of the lower valve body, such that after being connected.
