    Abstract: Disclosed are a special tooling and method for electron beam welding of a cavity body and a beam tube of a superconducting niobium cavity. The special tooling includes a first clamping device for fixing a flange and a second clamping device for fixing a semi-cavity body, wherein the first clamping device and the second clamping device are fixedly connected. A pressing ring of the first clamping device is disposed around a beam tube of a superconducting niobium cavity and cooperates with a base plate to clamp and fix the flange. The second clamping device includes clamping arms evenly distributed along a circumference of the semi-cavity body, and each clamping arm includes a second pressing plate axially disposed along the beam tube and a pressing block that is disposed on an end portion of the second pressing plate and fixes an edge of the semi-cavity body.

    Abstract: A multi-scale aggregation pattern analysis method for a complex traffic network is provided, which belongs to the field of the highway traffic network. Firstly, an adjacency matrix, a position attribute matrix, a distance weight matrix, a road grade matrix, and a time-phased traffic congestion degree matrix of a highway traffic network are calculated; secondly, a weight influence factor of the road network is incorporated based on a PageRank algorithm to determine order of critical nodes; finally, a two-dimensional decision diagram is drawn by two indicators: order of critical nodes and a shortest path distance. A new weighting matrix which accords with the actual situation of the road network is obtained by incorporating a position weight matrix, a distance weight matrix, a road grade weight matrix and a dynamic traffic congestion degree weight matrix based on a similarity matrix of the spectral clustering.

    Abstract: A silicon-based anode material for secondary batteries, a preparation method thereof and a secondary battery are provided. The silicon-based anode material includes: an inner core including an Si particle and silicon oxide SiOx1, where 0<x1<2, a first shell layer including a compound of the general formula MySiOz (0<y?4, 0<z?5, and z?x1) and a C particle, wherein the first shell layer covers the inner core, and the contents of M and C in the first shell layer gradually increase from a side thereof close to the inner core to another side thereof far away from the inner core; and a second shell layer including a carbon film layer or a composite film layer formed by a carbon film layer and a conductive additive, the second shell layer covers the first shell layer. The first charge-discharge cycle capability of the silicon-based anode material is improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a plant point cloud acquisition, registration, and optimization method based on a time of flight (TOF) camera, which includes the following steps: (1) placing a to-be-tested plant on a turntable, adjusting a view angle of the TOF camera, and aligning the TOF camera with the to-be-tested plant; (2) turning on the turntable so that it rotates automatically, and enabling the TOF camera to acquire point cloud data of the to-be-tested plant at intervals; (3) performing real-time preprocessing on each frame of point cloud data acquired by the TOF camera; (4) performing registration and optimization on every two adjacent frames of point cloud data, and then integrating the data to obtain complete plant point cloud data; and (5) using statistical filtering to remove the discrete noise in the plant point cloud data obtained in the registration and optimization process to obtain final point cloud data.
