    Abstract: Disclosed is in the present disclosure a dynamic compensation wind measurement lidar system, including a laser, an A/D converter, a signal processor, and a data processor. The signal processor includes a power spectrum calculation module, a motion sensor, and a pulse integration module. The pulse integration module divides an optical pulse transmitted in a single beam period into n sections for integration, where real-time motion and attitude data collected by the motion sensor is added to each of the sections for integration to improve a signal-to-noise ratio by integrating a power spectral density for a plurality of periodic pulse signals. In the present disclosure, by means of integrating optical pulses in single-beam dwell time by sections and attitude superimposing, an attitude compensation frequency may be greatly increased, and the attitude compensation frequency is adjustable.

After the assembled refrigerator is powered on, the communication module receives the firmware upgrade package, and a control module upgrades a public version software program according to the firmware upgrade package.

    Abstract: In various embodiments, a hindsight application computes a hindsight metric value for evaluation of a video rate selection algorithm. The hindsight application determines a first encoding option associated with a source chunk of a media title based on a network throughput trace and a buffer trellis. The hindsight application determines that the first encoding option is associated with a buffered duration range. The buffered duration range is also associated with a second encoding option that is stored in the buffer trellis. After determining that the first encoding option is associated with a higher visual quality than the second encoding option, the hindsight application stores the first encoding option instead of the second encoding option in the buffer trellis to generate a modified buffer trellis. Finally, the hindsight application computes a hindsight metric value associated with a sequence of encoded chunks of the media title based on the modified buffer trellis.

The perceptual quality application computes an absolute quality score for the encoded video content viewed on the target viewing device based on the baseline absolute quality score and the target value. Because the absolute quality score is independent of the viewing device, the absolute quality score accurately reflects the perceived quality of a wide range of encoded video content when decoded and viewed on a viewing device.

Advantageously, the tradeoffs between quality and bitrate represented by the encoding ladder are customized for the media title.     Abstract: A two-step diffusion method for preparing high-performance dual-main-phase sintered mischmetal-iron-boron magnet belongs to the preparing technical field of rare earth permanent magnet materials. The compositions of the two main phase alloys are RE-Fe—B (RE is Nd or Pr) and (Nd, MM)-Fe—B (MM is mischmetal), respectively. First, PrHoFe strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. Next, a PrHo-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of (Nd, MM)-Fe—B hydrogen decrepitation powders. The higher anisotropic fields of Pr2Fe14B and Ho2Fe14B are used to improve the coercivity. Then, the ZrCu strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. A Zr-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of the powders after the first-step diffusion, which prevents the growth of the MM-rich main phase grains during the sintering process and the inter-diffusion between the two main phases, thus obtaining high coercivity.
