Abstract: Disclosed is in the present disclosure a dynamic compensation wind measurement lidar system, including a laser, an A/D converter, a signal processor, and a data processor. The signal processor includes a power spectrum calculation module, a motion sensor, and a pulse integration module. The pulse integration module divides an optical pulse transmitted in a single beam period into n sections for integration, where real-time motion and attitude data collected by the motion sensor is added to each of the sections for integration to improve a signal-to-noise ratio by integrating a power spectral density for a plurality of periodic pulse signals. In the present disclosure, by means of integrating optical pulses in single-beam dwell time by sections and attitude superimposing, an attitude compensation frequency may be greatly increased, and the attitude compensation frequency is adjustable.

Abstract: A refrigerator production line and a method for upgrading a refrigerator software of an assembled refrigerator on the refrigerator production line are provided. The refrigerator production line includes a conveying device for conveying an assembled refrigerator; a scanning device for scanning and confirming an identification code of the assembled refrigerator and an address code of a communication module in the assembled refrigerator; and a local server for saving the identification code of the assembled refrigerator and the address code of the communication module and further acquiring, in response to a firmware upgrade request, a firmware upgrading package for the assembled refrigerator that corresponds to the identification code. After the assembled refrigerator is powered on, the communication module receives the firmware upgrade package, and a control module upgrades a public version software program according to the firmware upgrade package.

Abstract: A data processing method is provided, the method including: obtaining crowd-sourced data, where each instance of the crowd-sourced data includes first location information of a terminal at a location point and received radio signal information, the location point is within a preset area, and the first location information indicates a relative location of the location point with respect to a preset location point; obtaining, based on the crowd-sourced data, a plurality of first similarities and a second similarity corresponding to each first similarity; determining a target mapping relationship based on the plurality of first similarities and the second similarity corresponding to each first similarity; and obtaining a plurality of preset trajectories within the preset area, and performing trajectory fusion on the plurality of preset trajectories with the target mapping relationship as a constraint, to obtain a trajectory fusion result.

Abstract: A text translation method is described that includes initially acquiring text. Thereafter, first text is determined in the initial text; and second text is determined according to the first text, where the second text is used for describing the first text. Additionally, initial text is translated to obtain initial translation text, and the second text is translated to obtain description translation text. Thereafter, the initial translation text is updated according to the description translation text to obtain target translation text of the initial text.

Abstract: A machine translation method includes: obtaining first target language text by performing first translation on source language text using an initial NMT model; identifying an untranslated part in the source language text based on the source language text and the first target language text; obtaining an adjusted NMT model by increasing an attention weight corresponding to the untranslated part in the initial NMT mode; and obtaining second target language text by performing second translation on the source language text using the adjusted NMT model.

Abstract: In various embodiments, a hindsight application computes a hindsight metric value for evaluation of a video rate selection algorithm. The hindsight application determines a first encoding option associated with a source chunk of a media title based on a network throughput trace and a buffer trellis. The hindsight application determines that the first encoding option is associated with a buffered duration range. The buffered duration range is also associated with a second encoding option that is stored in the buffer trellis. After determining that the first encoding option is associated with a higher visual quality than the second encoding option, the hindsight application stores the first encoding option instead of the second encoding option in the buffer trellis to generate a modified buffer trellis. Finally, the hindsight application computes a hindsight metric value associated with a sequence of encoded chunks of the media title based on the modified buffer trellis.

Abstract: In various embodiments, a perceptual quality application determines an absolute quality score for encoded video content viewed on a target viewing device. In operation, the perceptual quality application determines a baseline absolute quality score for the encoded video content viewed on a baseline viewing device. Subsequently, the perceptual quality application determines that a target value for a type of the target viewing device does not match a base value for the type of the baseline viewing device. The perceptual quality application computes an absolute quality score for the encoded video content viewed on the target viewing device based on the baseline absolute quality score and the target value. Because the absolute quality score is independent of the viewing device, the absolute quality score accurately reflects the perceived quality of a wide range of encoded video content when decoded and viewed on a viewing device.

A conductive sheet is electrically connected to the shielding shells of the terminal assemblies in a same row. The conductive sheet shields the open areas of the shielding shells in the same row. Each first shielding portion and the conductive sheet collectively form a shielding space and are surroundingly provided outside the two corresponding wire connecting portions.

According to one aspect disclosed herein, a home gateway device can capture, from a home device, home data associated with home user activity conducted via a fixed communications network. The home gateway device can determine, based upon the home data, a home data profile. The home gateway device can receive a mobility data profile determined by a mobility data profiler based upon mobility data associated with mobile user activity conducted via a mobile communications network. The home gateway device can determine, based upon the mobility data profile and the home data profile, a policy for the home device. In some embodiments, the home device is an IoT device. In other embodiments, the home device is a media device such as a television, a video streaming device, a music streaming device, or a video game device.

Abstract: In various embodiments, an encoding ladder application generates encoding ladders for encoding media titles. In operation, the encoding ladder application generates a first convex hull representing encoding tradeoffs between quality and bitrate when encoding a media title at a first resolution; The encoding ladder application generates a second convex hull representing encoding tradeoffs between quality and bitrate when encoding the media title at a second resolution. Based on the first convex hull and the second convex hull, the encoding ladder application generates an overall convex hull. Subsequently, the encoding ladder application generates an encoding ladder for the media title based on at least the overall convex hull and a ladder requirement. Advantageously, the tradeoffs between quality and bitrate represented by the encoding ladder are customized for the media title. Consequently, encoding inefficiencies attributable to conventional fixed-bitrate ladders can be reduced.

Abstract: A two-step diffusion method for preparing high-performance dual-main-phase sintered mischmetal-iron-boron magnet belongs to the preparing technical field of rare earth permanent magnet materials. The compositions of the two main phase alloys are RE-Fe—B (RE is Nd or Pr) and (Nd, MM)-Fe—B (MM is mischmetal), respectively. First, PrHoFe strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. Next, a PrHo-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of (Nd, MM)-Fe—B hydrogen decrepitation powders. The higher anisotropic fields of Pr2Fe14B and Ho2Fe14B are used to improve the coercivity. Then, the ZrCu strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. A Zr-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of the powders after the first-step diffusion, which prevents the growth of the MM-rich main phase grains during the sintering process and the inter-diffusion between the two main phases, thus obtaining high coercivity.
