The controller detects the fingers touching on the touch sensor to determine to start up and terminate a scroll bar control function. In the scroll bar control function, the movement of the finger or fingers touching on the touch sensor is detected for scrolling on a window, and the vertical distance and the horizontal distance of the movement are evaluated for determining the scrolling amount of a vertical scroll bar or a horizontal scroll bar of the window.

Abstract: Provided is a phosphaphenanthrene-based compound represented by the following chemical structure: The phosphaphenanthrene-based compound can be added in a resin composition and made into a prepreg or resin film. The prepreg or resin film made from such resin composition has low coefficient of thermal expansion, low dielectric constant and dissipation factor, and flame retardancy, thereby being suitable for copper-clad laminate or printed circuit board.

Abstract: A method of protecting safety of a driver of a vehicle, the vehicle including a motion sensor, and a seat belt pretensioner of a seat belt is provided. Driving information is obtained from the motion sensor, and a tension value of the seat belt pretensioner is determined according to the driving information. The seat belt pretensioner is controlled to tighten the seat belt with the tension value.

The method includes: providing a first solution and a second solution; mixing the first solution and the second solution to obtain a third solution including a plurality of silver nanowires; and performing a purification procedure on the third solution to obtain the silver nanowires.
