Abstract: Described is an exercise apparatus for providing elliptical foot motion that utilizes a pair of rocking links suspended from an upper portion of the apparatus frame permitting at least limited arcuate motion of the lower portions of the links. Foot pedal assemblies are connected to rotating shafts or members located on the lower portion of the links such that the foot pedals will describe a generally elliptical path in response to user foot motion on the pedals.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a series of alkyl quaternium silicone compounds having both alkyl groups and fatty quaternary nitrogen groups attached in one molecule, and the intermediates formed during the production thereof, that are suitable for use in personal care and other applications. These compounds by virtue of their unique structure provide outstanding micro-emulsions and provide outstanding hair conditioning.

Abstract: A gun holster clamping structure installed between a fixed portion and a rotating holster of a gun holster for controlling the timing of rotating the gun holster comprises a clamping portion disposed on the rotating holster and having an end protruded towards the fixed portion, a latch portion disposed on the rotating holster and having an end protruded from the fixed portion and a gun handle, and another end abutting against the clamping portion for linking and displacing the clamping portion, such that the rotating holster can be rotated to draw out the handgun. Normally, the clamping portion clamps the rotating holster and prevents another party to draw out the handgun. If a user grips the gun handle and links the latch portion accordingly, the clamping portion can be released from the clamping function of the rotating holster, and the user can achieve a quick draw of the handgun.

Abstract: A network listening method of a mobile phone is provided. The mobile phone includes a code division multiple access (CDMA) chip and two user identity module (UIM) cards. The network listening method executes a first network listening method to listen to a communication network, if a listening frequency of the first UIM card equals a listening frequency of the second UIM card and the listening channel of first UIM card equals the listening channel of the second UIM card. The network listening method further executes a second network listening method to listen to the communication network, if the listening frequency of the first UIM card does not equal the listening frequency of the second UIM card and/or the listening channel of first UIM card does not equal the listening channel of second UIM card.

Abstract: In a system and method for dialing for a communication device, all phone numbers of a contact in a contact list of the communication device are assigned priorities. All the phone numbers of the contact are ordered according to the priorities. A phone number of the contact are associated with a next phone number according to the order. If a user dials a phone number but the phone number cannot be dialed through, the other phone numbers associated with the phone number are dialed according to the priorities. If all the phone numbers have not been dialed through, the communication device sends a message to a mobile phone number of the contact for informing the user cannot communicate with the contact.

Abstract: An image display and touch input integration module includes a keyboard microcontroller connected to an image memory, a touch module, and a display module, and selectively operable in a touch mode or a display mode. The image memory has at least one image data stored thereon. The touch module defines a touch area therein. The display module is integrated with the touch module and defines a display area therein for displaying image data read by the keyboard microcontroller from the image memory. When the keyboard microcontroller operates in the touch mode, the touch module functions as an input device of a computer apparatus; and when the keyboard microcontroller operates in the display mode, image data read by it from the image memory is displayed in the display area of the display module.
