Abstract: The present invention relates to a Salmonella bacteriophage, in particular to a Siphoviridae bacteriophage with a wide host spectrum and a strong lytic activity against Salmonella pullorum. The above-mentioned Salmonella pullorum bacteriophage is named SP4, and is deposited at the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, the deposit date is Jul. 27, 2017 and the deposit number is CGMCC No, 14332, The bacteriophage has a strong lysis effect on Salmonella, and the bacteriophage can also reduce the mortality rate of chicks infected with Salmonella pullorum, The preparation can be used alone or as a cocktail, and provides a safe, non-toxic and side-effect-free and residual effect-free bacteriophage product for the treatment of the infections caused by Salmonella of chicken origin, Salmonella of duck origin, Salmonella of mink origin, Salmonella of food origin and Salmonella of pig origin.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a method for cultivating a Bordetella species, comprising: cultivating a Bordetella species under aerobic conditions in a liquid culture medium; and maintaining a pH of the liquid culture medium by using a strong acid, such as nitric acid, or using a first and second acid, wherein the first acid is an inorganic acid that dissociates essentially completely in water, such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, and wherein the second acid is an inorganic acid having an acid dissociation constant (pKa) of greater than 1, such as phosphoric acid. Methods for increasing the yield of Bordetella finbria agglutinogen 2 and fimbrial agglutinogen 3 (FIM2/3) in a supernatant fraction from a Bordetella culture are also provided.

The occurrence frequency of each elementary pattern is computed based on the weighted elementary patterns; at least one elementary pattern is chosen at least according to the occurrence frequency; and the RDF triples corresponding to the chosen at least elementary pattern are prefetched into the buffer. The corresponding apparatus is also provided. With the above method and apparatus, the frequently accessed RDF triples can be determined and prefetched into the buffer, which improves the query efficiency.

Abstract: The decode time of big frames may be reduced by starting big frame decoding much earlier than normal decoding order. In a multi-threaded decoder, decoding one frame can be divided into several stages and stages of different frames can run in parallel like a pipeline. The first stage may be the token parser which is the most time consuming among all the stages because it is sensitive to bitstream size. If one or more stages of big frame decoding can be done much earlier than normal decoding order, the decode time spent exclusively on the big frame (not including the time shared with other frame decoding) may be much less in some embodiments. In this way, big frame decoding time may be reduced and in addition, depending on how big the big frame is, the decoder control can control how early to start decoding, so that frame drops caused by big frames can be reduced or eliminated.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for enablement of a phone conversation. The method includes receiving a combined signal including an interference signal and a first voice signal from a first user having a communication with a second user. The interference signal can be used to prevent the first voice signal from being overheard by people near the first user. The first voice signal can be extracted from the combined signal based at least in part on the interference signal and transmitting the extracted first voice signal to the second user. The system and computer program product are also provided.
