    Abstract: A fixing mechanism is used to fix a first electronic component to a second electronic component of an electronic apparatus. The fixing mechanism includes a detachable frame, a constraining component, a combining component and an actuating component. The first electronic component is assembled with the detachable frame via a first plate portion of the detachable frame. The constraining component is movably disposed on the detachable frame. The constraining component abuts against the first plate portion. The combining component is disposed on the detachable frame and corresponds to a connecting component of the second electronic component. The actuating component is movably disposed on the detachable frame. The combining component and the connecting component are matched in a loose manner via the actuating component in a first position, and matched in a tight manner via the actuating component in a second position.

The battery case has an accommodating space and a side of the battery case has two pivot holes and at least one first restraining portion. The latch member has two pivot portions and at least one second restraining portion, wherein the pivot portions are pivotally connected to the pivot holes, such that the latch member can rotate with respect to the battery case between a lock position and an unlock position. When the latch member is located at the unlock position, the first restraining portion keeps the second restraining portion at a first side of the first restraining portion. When the latch member is located at the lock position, the first restraining portion keeps the second restraining portion at a second side of the first restraining portion.
