Frequency-domain resource allocation and/or bandwidth part configuration is flexibly performed on a terminal device in conjunction with a synchronous signal block, and the performance of a communication system can be raised. The method comprises: a terminal device receives first information sent by a network device, the first information indicating a reference point; and according to the reference point, the terminal device determines a frequency-domain resource and/or bandwidth part configured by the network device for the terminal device.

Abstract: In one aspect there is disclosed a method of applying deblocking on implicit vertical TU boundaries when the CU width is larger than the maximum TU width and applying deblocking on implicit horizontal TU boundaries when the CU height is larger than the maximum TU height. The method by a user equipment (UE) includes determining, based on a signaling from a base station, a combination of a listen before talk (LBT) type, a cyclic prefix (CP) extension, and a channel access priority class (CAPC) for an uplink transmission to the base station. This can solve issues in the prior art, provide an indication of LBT related information for a UE, provide a method for indicating an LBT type, a length of a CP extension, and a CAPC in an uplink grant, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a brightness regulating method. The brightness regulating method is applied to a displaying device. The displaying device includes a backlight module. The regulating method includes: dividing a backlight source of the backlight module into a plurality of light areas; acquiring pixel quantities and pixel grayscale values of pixels within pixel areas corresponding to each of the light areas; according to the pixel quantities and the pixel grayscale values, determining brightness parameters of the light areas; and according to the brightness parameters, regulating brightnesses of the light area. Because, in the process of the brightness regulation, each of the light areas corresponds to one brightness parameter, the light areas can be individually regulated according to the severity degrees of the halo phenomenon in the different areas, whereby, while alleviating the halo phenomenon, the brightness regulation has a better pertinence and a better effect.
