    Abstract: A process of integrated system formed by coupling of fixed bed, jetting floating bed, and separating unit, aimed to provide a new process and equipment of higher efficiency, which integrates multi-type reactors and separation is provided. Reaction materials undergo preliminary reaction in fixed bed reactor and intensified reaction in jetting floating bed reactor, and then separation in the subsequent separation system. Unreacted materials will be returned to the raw material intermediate storage tank for mixing with fresh materials, as raw materials for continued reaction. During this process, materials first pass the fixed bed reactor once to achieve certain conversion rate, and then enter the jetting floating bed reactor for intensified reaction. When the product reaches required concentration, the materials will enter subsequent separation equipment for separation.

The inner layer of catalyst contacting stainless steel is covered with stainless steel waved mesh in circumferential direction.     Abstract: A catalytic reaction-rectification integrated process and a catalytic reaction-rectification integrated column, and the specialized device of such process is provided. The reactants are preheated and mixed with catalysts, and then fed into a jet agitation reaction section located in the middle of the catalytic reaction-rectification integrated column from a feeding inlet. The jet agitation reaction section is a kettle-like reactor located in the middle of the catalytic reaction-rectification integrated column. After pressurized by a centrifugal pump, the reactant materials are admitted into a subsonic or transonic agitator located within the reaction section. The reactant materials are ejected into the jet agitation reaction section at high speed, to efficiently mix the solid and liquid phases in the reaction section and to reinforce heat and mass transfer efficiency during the reaction. The liquid reaction mixture is separated and purified directly in the catalytic reaction-rectification integrated column.

    Abstract: A green treatment process for cleaning exhaust gas generated in the air oxidation of benzene homologs is disclosed. It takes the hot pressurized exhaust gas generated in the benzene homolog air oxidation process as driving power and heating source: firstly, introducing the said exhaust gas into a turbine refrigerator so that it can drive the refrigerator to generate the cooling capacity that will be utilized for condensing the gas phase in the upper part of the flash evaporator and for trapping organics entrained in the exhaust gas; then, leading the exhaust gas with lowered temperature and pressure into corresponding heat exchangers to provide a part of heating source for the flash evaporator and to preheat the reaction raw materials. Furthermore, introducing the condensed exhaust gas into a water absorption scrubber for further removal of trace organics entrained therein.

The front leg is longer than the rear leg so that when the parent valve is fully open, a 2-10 degree angle opens between the body of the parent valve and the valve orifice toward the overflow cofferdam.
