The mover includes mover iron cores arranged at intervals in a movement direction of the mover, and the stator includes permanent magnets arranged at intervals in the movement direction. Each of the mover iron cores includes an iron core yoke portion and an iron core tooth unit joined to each other. The iron core tooth unit defines an opening, and each of the permanent magnets is located at least partially within the opening.
