    Abstract: A method and a system for controlling battery swapping of a vehicle and a vehicle are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a vehicle control unit (VCU), a battery swapping instruction, and transmitting the battery swapping instruction to a battery manager when the vehicle is in a high-voltage power-on state; transmitting, by the battery manager, an enable instruction to a direct current (DC) charger assembly in response to the received battery swapping instruction; and performing, by the DC charger assembly, a starting operation in response to the enable instruction, so as to provide a power supply voltage to a vehicle load after an electrical connection between a power battery pack and a high-voltage circuit of the vehicle is cut off during battery swapping of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A method for controlling battery swapping of a vehicle is provided. The vehicle induces a vehicle control unit (VCU), a bidirectional DC-DC converter assembly, a vehicle load, a battery controller, a power battery pack, and a storage battery. The method includes: receiving, by the VCU, a battery swapping instruction when the vehicle is in the high-voltage power-on state; transmitting, by the VCU, a switching instruction to the bidirectional DC-DC converter assembly in response to the battery swapping instruction; and disabling, by the bidirectional DC-DC converter assembly, the buck mode in response to the switching instruction to cut off electrical connection between the power battery pack and a high-voltage circuit of the vehicle by a battery controller, and enabling the boost mode in response to the switching instruction to supply power to the vehicle load by the storage battery through the bidirectional DC-DC converter assembly.

    Abstract: An engine-and-electric-machine assembly includes an engine and an electric machine, a crankshaft being provided in the engine, the crankshaft including a main body and an extension section that extends out to the exterior of the engine, the extension section forming a rotation shaft of the electric machine, a rotor of the electric machine being mounted on the extension section, and a transition section being provided between the main body of the crankshaft and the extension section, wherein the rotor of the electric machine is connected to the transition section via a flange structure. By connecting the rotor of the electric machine and the crankshaft of the engine by using a flange, instead of using a key connecting structure, the strength of the connection between the rotor and the crankshaft can be improved, and optimize the moment of inertia of the transmission structure between the rotor and the crankshaft.

    Abstract: A mounting structure for equipment compartment bottom plate is provided. The bottom plate is detachably connected to a skeleton boundary beam of the equipment compartment. A sliding rail is fixedly connected to a side of the bottom plate where the bottom plate is lap-jointed to a skeleton lateral beam of the equipment compartment. One of the sliding rail and the skeleton lateral beam is provided with a recess and the other is provided with a protrusion engaged with the recess. In the mounting structure, the connection of the bottom plate and the skeleton lateral beam is achieved by the engagement of the recess and the protrusion. Therefore, connecting pieces for connecting the bottom plate and the skeleton lateral beam are removed and the number of the connecting pieces is significantly reduced.
