    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of preparing isocyanate derivatives, and particularly relates to a storage-stable polyisocyanate composition and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: in the presence of a catalyst system, subjecting an isocyanate monomer to a polymerization reaction; terminating the reaction after a suitable conversion rate is reached, so as to obtain a polyisocyanate reaction solution; and then performing heat treatment on the obtained polyisocyanate reaction solution to obtain a heat-treated polyisocyanate mixture, wherein the heat treatment temperature is 10-30° C. higher than the heat-sensitive temperature of the obtained polyisocyanate product, and the heat treatment time is 5-30 min; and then performing separation treatment on the heat-treated polyisocyanate mixture. When the polyisocyanate composition of the present invention is stored at 50° C.

The interconnect structure can be used to couple components of a semiconductor package. For one example, a semiconductor package includes a die stack and an interconnect structure formed on the die stack. The die stack comprises a plurality of dies. Each die in the die stack comprises: a first surface; a second surface opposite the first surface; sidewall surfaces coupling the first surface to the second surface; and a pad on the first surface. A one sidewall surface of one of the dies has a sloped profile. The semiconductor package also includes an interconnect structure positioned on the first surfaces and the sidewall with the sloped profile. In this semiconductor package, the interconnect structure electrically couples the pad on each of the dies to each other.

    Abstract: A technique is described herein for temporally and spatially interpolating input video information, to produce output video information having a higher frame rate and a higher resolution compared to that exhibited by the input video information. The technique generates feature information based on plural frames of the input video information. The technique then produces the output video information based on the feature information using an architecture having, in order, a multi-stage encoding operation, a query-generating operation, and a multi-stage decoding operation. Each encoding stage produces an instance of encoder attention information that expresses identified relations across the plural frames of the input video information. Each decoding stage operates on an instance of encoder attention information produced by a corresponding encoding stage. The transformer architecture is compact and is capable of interpolating the input video information in real time.
