The VIM-furnace smelting method comprises a smelting step performed in a VIM furnace, and a casting step, wherein at a later stage of smelting, a nitrogen-containing substance is added to the VIM furnace to adjust the content of N. In the present disclosure, by comprehensively improving the raw materials, the smelting process, etc., the yield of N during a VIM-furnace smelting process is increased and accurate control over the content of N in the high-temperature alloy is achieved, such that a target content of nitrogen can be guaranteed, and an ideal product can thus be obtained.

    Abstract: An implant includes a tether and a series of anchors. Each anchor includes (i) a tissue-engaging element, (ii) a head that is slidably coupled to the tether and that includes a lock that is biased to lock in a manner that locks the head to the tether, and (iii) a push-button operatively coupled to the lock. A delivery tool includes a flexible tube that is transluminally advanceable to the heart, and a driver. The driver is configured to, for each of the anchors sequentially, (i) advance the anchor through the flexible tube to the heart while the lock is maintained unlocked by the flexible tube constraining the push-button, (ii) anchor the anchor to tissue of the heart, and (iii) release the push-button by deploying the head out of the flexible tube, the lock responsively locking.     Abstract: A brake system of an off-road vehicle includes a hand brake lever, a foot brake lever and a master cylinder. The hand brake lever can control both front and rear brake calipers by causing brake fluid to be input into an input chamber of the master cylinder, causing brake fluid pressure to increase in both primary and secondary chambers and brake fluid to flow out of both primary and secondary output ports. The foot brake lever can also control both the front and rear brake calipers via the master cylinder. A control system has an unlocking base station and a control module. The unlocking base station is capable of being wirelessly paired with a hand-carried transmitter. The control module will start the prime mover system only after assessment of a distance between the unlocking base station and the hand-carried transmitter based on a signal received from the hand-carried transmitter.

    Abstract: An exemplary finned transformer and method of use and fabrication are disclosed that employ an insulation structure comprising a bobbin with finned cooling structures that can improve the thermal conduction of the heat-generating portion of the transformer without use of active cooling loops. The finned bobbins may be employed in conjunction with potted windings. In some embodiments, bobbins with heatsink fins are manufactured with 3D printing or additive manufacturing. In other embodiments, the bobbins with heatsink fins can be cast or manufactured using conventional manufacturing techniques. The cooling structure may be implemented in a dielectric structure situated between the windings of the transformer.

Each encoding stage produces an instance of encoder attention information that expresses identified relations across the plural frames of the input video information. Each decoding stage operates on an instance of encoder attention information produced by a corresponding encoding stage. The transformer architecture is compact and is capable of interpolating the input video information in real time.
